Important information for your stay at La Villa Dionysos
A deposit of 30% will be required to confirm the booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will confirm your transfer by email.
Full payment (remaining balance) will be required 60 days before the start date of the reserved period. The booking will be considered final upon receipt of full payment and security deposit.
Interbank fees will be borne by the tenant.
To preserve the quality made available to tenants, a security deposit of 1000 euros is required by transfer to the IBAN below.
An entry and exit inventory will be made. In case of damage of any kind, a quote for restoration to new condition will be established and communicated to you. The amount of work will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of damage exceeding the deductible amount, a claim will be filed with your insurance company.
Stay period: 7 days minimum, complete house, private pool, 6 people maximum.
(2024 Greek gov. law): 15 euros/day to be paid before arrival.
Excluding cleaning service
Meter reading start/end of stay: 0.4 euros/kWh
COVID Secure cleaning service and complete indoor and outdoor Pressing included before/exit mandatory: 220 euros
Pool and products included, 2 cleanings per week.
Intermediate cleaning: Interior cleaning every 7 days, with change of sheets and towels: 140 euros
Pool and products included, 2 cleanings per week.
