Cancellation Conditions

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Date changes are possible subject to availability and must be requested at least 60 days before the arrival date.

Refunds are made within 14 business days after cancellation validation, by bank transfer to the account used for initial payment.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used during booking.
