In addition to the rental rate, you must budget for: the climate resilience tax (€15/day, 2024 Greek government law to be paid before arrival), electricity costs (€0.4/kWh meter reading), mandatory cleaning of €220 for one week (or €140 for intermediate cleaning if stay exceeds 1 week). Pool and products are included with 2 cleanings per week.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance (remaining 70%) and the €1000 security deposit must be paid 60 days before your arrival. Interbank fees are the tenant's responsibility. The booking is final upon receipt of full payment.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Less than 60 days: full amount retained. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM maximum. Any late departure without authorization will be charged at least half a day at the seasonal rate. A personalized welcome with entry and exit inventory is provided.
No, pets are strictly excluded from the villa. Additionally, smoking indoors is prohibited out of respect for other tenants, barbecues and fires are strictly forbidden, as well as rave-type parties.
Yes, children are welcome. The villa and pool have family-friendly facilities.
Subject to availability, you can modify your dates free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. Beyond that, modification fees may apply.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The minimum stay is 7 days with the complete house and private pool.
